Raegan Summer Pratt, 22, was born July 20, 1989, in beautiful Newport Beach to Larry and Tracey Pratt. She received a new kidney six years ago and fought rejection from that day forward. She went to be with Jesus in her Raegan-like fashion on May 17, 2012 in San Diego.
Despite receiving a kidney transplant as a young teenager, Raegan always had a positive attitude and lived life to the fullest. Raegan chose to live life with no regrets. Whether it be making people laugh with her incredible wit, taking spontaneous road trips, or serving in the church as a children's pastor, Raegan's infectious spirit affected everyone that came into contact with her. She cherished her family and friends, but most of all her close relationship with Jesus Christ.
Despite her many health challenges, on May 5, 2012, Raegan earned not only one, but two Bachelor's degrees in both Communications and Philosophy/Theology from Point Loma Nazarene University. Raegan's life exemplified the calling found in the Pratt family's verse which reads, "May God who began a good work in you carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6
The Pratt family would like to invite all who loved Raegan to join them on Sunday, May 27th from 2-4pm for a celebration of her incredible life. The service will be held on the campus of Point Loma Nazarene University in Brown Chapel in San Diego, Ca. Reception to follow on the west patio outside of Brown Chapel.
The Pratt family is so grateful for all who accepted Raegan into their hearts and lives. She loved each and everyone of you. We know she was deeply loved by many.
